The "select" and "switch" statements are interchangeable in terms of their meaning, so their drop zones are the same.

 

To insert a statement before a "select" or "switch" statement, it can be dropped onto the top of the "select" or "switch" statement.

To insert a statement after a "select" or "switch" statement, it can be dropped onto the bottom of the "select" or "switch" statement.

To insert a statement into a "select" or "switch" statement, it can be dropped onto the right of the "select" or "switch" statement. It must be of type "case" or "default" and a maximum of one "default" statement can be inserted.

To insert a "case" or "default" statement before a "case" statement, it can be dropped onto the left of the "case" statement.

To insert a "case" or "default" statement after a "case" statement, it can be dropped onto the right of the "case" statement.

To insert a "case" statement before a "default" statement, it can be dropped onto the left of the "default" statement.

To insert a "case" statement after a "default" statement, it can be dropped onto the right of the "default" statement.
